Participants will begin by investigating what we mean when we talk about learner variability in a classroom and why that's the norm in today's world. We'll then discuss different strategies or "buzz words" that you've heard throughout your career and how all of those strategies fit into the Universal Design for Learning Guidelines. Participants can expect to get an introduction to the UDL guidelines and reflect on how they may impact their own lesson design to better reach all learner
